Feel the call of Ocho Rios as it beckons you to “make it happen here”. Our many wedding accomplishments all speak for themselves, each offering a unique touch of professionalism and ambiance to exchange intimate "I Dos". Your choice of venue ranges from pristine waterfalls in an outdoor setting, a private garden retreat by the sea or the traditional chapel.
This package includes:-
o The license and services of a marriage officer
o The Bride’s Bouquet and the Groom’s Boutonnière
o One 8inch
Caribbean
wedding cake
o One Bottle of sparkling wine
The following services are also available at an additional cost:
o Photography – US$300 (36 4x6 photos + negatives & album)
o Video – US$150 (full ceremony and reception on DVD or VHS)
o Extra Bouquets - US$65 each
o Extra corsages – US$10 each
Required Documents
Ø Original copies of birth certificates, in English and notarised
Ø Bride & Groom’s full names
Ø Letters stating Occupations
Ø Divorce certificate(s) (if applicable)
Ø Death Decree (if applicable)
Ø Fathers’ full names
Ø Parents’ permission if either party is under 18 years of age
IMPORTANT:
All required documents must be received at least 14 days prior to the date of the event and the Bride & Groom should be on the island for at least 24hrs prior.
A deposit of US$350.00 should be sent with the required documents and the balance paid two days prior to the event.
You will be required to cover an additional 5 placements for the reception. This amount will be refunded if these placements are not used.
The photo and video team will require a 50% deposit on the package. This fee will be non refundable if services are not cancelled three days prior to the date of the wedding, the balance is payable on this date.
The Reception
Menu options exist for receptions and may be customised to your specifications.
Costs per person range from US$20.00 and consists of finger foods, Soup, Salad and Main Course. Served with complimentary Fruit Punch. Other beverage menus are separate and customisable as well.
